  • Better relationship with food – in addition to the physiological benefits of physical activity and how the body can deal with food differently when we are active, it is also the case that many people change their views on eating when becoming increasingly active.


  • Instead of looking at food as a reward or something solely for pleasure, we may start to research further how it can fuel our physical activity. We can then associate food with improved performance and mental and physical wellbeing in addition to it being something we should enjoy as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

With the expertise and knowledge of the RESET Wellbeing Team, you will learn to RESET your body to make your brain work for you.


You will begin incorporating physical activity into your daily routine, with the support of our personal trainers and yoga instructors. 


You will be encouraged to reflect on your barriers and difficulties, and have an opportunity to work with our Wellbeing Assistant to overcome your resistance and insecurities, and learn to try new things as you start discovering the benefits of physical wellbeing and activity on your mind and body.
